Weekly Update | May 1, 2017

When I go home at night I am always so proud of our students, the teachers and the rest of the BRS school community. Again I was amazed and extremely proud of our grade 1 and 2 students and their Earth Day assembly last Friday. I would like to thank the teachers for their hard work, as assemblies are a great deal of time and effort on their part to ensure the students have such a successful presentation. Also thank you to the many parents who attended and shared in the celebration of learning.

Last week you should have received a link to a survey to share your voice as to how the first year went and what you would like continued or added in the new school year. If you did not get the survey link, please contact Jenn at the office and she will pass it on to you. Thank you in advance for your feedback.

This upcoming Wednesday, May 3rd we will be having our Parent Association and School Council AGM meeting. If you are at all interested in being a part of either group, please attend the meeting. The meeting will start at 6:30. During the meeting, there will be information shared and elections for both groups for the New School Year. Please join us if you can.
