Graffiti artists were invited to paint on the Granville Street Bridge in Vancouver. This was a mural competition were the four winners recieved $1000 and all those who competed received $100. The idea was that providing the graffers with a place to paint that the amount of graffiti in the city would be reduced. It worked! It might be worth trying in Calgary.
