New Clubs at Crossing Park School

In response to the recent changes to The School Act- The Act to Amend the Alberta Bill of Rights to Protect our Children (Formerly Bill 10), Crossing Park School welcomes two new Clubs: GSA for 7-9 students and Community Club for 4-6 students.

GSA - Currently running

Also know as Gay/Straight Alliance, this club will focus on issues and awarness for LGBTQ issues both in our school and in the community as a whole. This club is open to all studetns 7-9 who would like to attend, LGBTQ identifying or not, at lunch time in room 214. Supervising teachers are Mr. Everaert, Ms. Mielke and Ms. Bailey. Comminty Club - Begins Late October

This club will focus on safe and caring schools as well as building community in our school. Issues will not direcly relate to LGBTQ issues, but rather issues of social acceptance, community involvement and stewardship as weill as anti-bullying. This club will be open to all students grades 4-6. The supervising teacher will be Ms. Sproxton. Feel free to contact Ms. Sproxton at or 403-777-7195 x 7006.

Free Microsoft 365 for Students

CBE is offering free Microsoft Office 365 for all CBE students. For more information visit follow the link.

Jr. High School Supply List

Please see the link below for school supply lists for students in grades 7, 8 and 9. Please contact your child's teacher for information about specific supplies for each Jr. High class. NOTE: Elementary student consumable supplies, like pencils and paper, are provided in the classroom.
