Welcome to Ethel M. Johnson School. It is with a great deal of pride I
welcome you to the 2009-2010 school year and thank you for choosing the
Calgary Board of Education and Ethel M. Johnson School. During your time
here I hope we can work together to build a strong school community that
meets the academic, social and emotional needs of your child. Ethel M.
Johnson School (EMJ) has been serving Calgary families for over 40 years
and has a rich history of adjusting to the changing needs of students.
In the 21st century, this ability to adjust to meet the needs of individual
students has never been more important. I hope that, together, we can
embrace the diversity that makes up the EMJ community to enrich the experience
of each one of us over the coming school year.
