Destination Conservation Award

Congratulations to all Olympic Heights School students, staff and parents for supporting all environmental initiatives this year. Special thanks to the Green Committee and Enviro Club for their dedicated efforts in leadership and Taking Care of Our Place this year.

Olympic Heights is the recipient of the Calgary Board of Education Destination Conservation Award for Elementary School Team of the Year Award. Mrs. Barbar Senic, corporate sponsor from Conoco Phillips kindly donated the award as part of their commitment to promoting environmental stewardship with youth. Mr. Jeff Reading from the CBE Eco Team kindly presented Olympic Heights with an energy rebate cheque of $382.96 and a plaque.
