Vision Statement

Our students are well educated and successful learners who possess a positive attitude, a sense of responsibility, a love of learning, a respect for others, a broad base of applicable knowledge, and a wide range of skills and strategies with which to meet the challenges of their futures. Our students and staff enjoy learning in a supportive, safe and caring atmosphere which enables them to strive continually to be the best that they can be. Our staff, parents, community and school system work cooperatively for the benefit of all students and for our collective society.

Purpose Statement

The purpose of the school is to facilitate quality learning for students in all curricular areas. The school assists the home and the community to foster the intellectual, physical, moral, social and emotional growth of our students so that they become competent, responsible, and contributing citizens. The learning experiences enable students to be self-directed learners, effective communicators, collaborative team players and critical/creative thinkers.

Mission Statement

The Hamptons School community provides an optimum learning environment to educate students of today for the world of tomorrow.

Motto

Our motto is "A Child's Second Home of Learning" where children feel comfortable, are excited about learning, and are challenged to be the very best that they can be academically and personally.
