Weekly Update | Jan. 29 -Feb. 2, 2018

Important: 2018-2019 Option Selection Process: For the 2018-2019 school year, the Calgary Board of Education will be transitioning from its current Student Information System (SIS) to a new program named PowerSchool. In order for this major change to occur successfully, schools are being asked to complete their course requests earlier than usual. During the week of February 5, 2018, you will receive a document from the school through School Messenger explaining how to complete student option requests from home by accessing Home Logic. It is necessary for you to have an existing Homelogic account for you to work with your student to complete OPTION requests for next year. Parents if you do not have an account in HomeLogic – follow the New User link on the HomeLogic website: https://sirswebapps.cbe.ab.ca/Homelogic/ Teachers will also help students become familiar with the process here at school but you are encouraged to discuss option choices with your student and verify the process has been properly completed.
