This site provides thousands of sound effects, birds, musical instruments,
household items, holidays, movie and TV clips, etc.
This site has a large collection of listening quizzes at beginner, intermediate
and advanced levels. There are also conversations with video, short listening
exercises and quizzes on listening for academic purposes. Randall offers
technical support with instructions on how to download players, and how
to record audio from the internet.
Quizzes
This
site has a combination of free and fee paying material. Topics include
exercises and quizzes on grammar, verbs, vocabulary, spelling, reading,
study skills, idioms, conversation, pronunciation, etc.
Activities
for ESL/EFL Students - Students can find self-checking quizzes on
grammar and vocabulary. Some bilingual quizzes are also available.
