Welcome to Nose Creek School
French Immersion Program Online Engagement Opportunity
The high level of interest in the French Immersion Program in northwest and north central Calgary has resulted in some schools being at or over-capacity, which may limit continued growth at these locations. The CBE is committed to providing strong learning opportunities to all our French Immersion students and working with families to explore possibilities for the future.
You are invited to participate in a virtual world café discussion forum to share your voice on options for the future for the French Immersion Program in northwest and north central Calgary. The virtual discussion forum will close at midnight on April 29, 2018.
The decision-making process will consider all input and feedback gathered at in-person sessions and online opportunities along with CBE values and planning principles, available space in schools, financial sustainability, government legislation and more. Together, all of this must be carefully considered in making recommendations and decisions. Decisions will be implemented for the 2019-20 school year or later.
We look forward to working with you to develop a long-term strategy for the French Immersion Program in northwest and north central Calgary.
If you have questions about this engagement, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
