Pre-booking tables

If you plan on pre-booking your tables on Friday, April 5th  - please use a Table Request form (available from the Grad Bulletin board or use the posted attachment). You will need one form for each table of eight AND you can group several tables together. Bring the completed Table Request form with you for the advanced seat selection on April 5th . The map of the venue is posted as well – so pick your table numbers and have second choice ready just in case.

Anyone not pre-booking tables can select from the remaining free tables at the time of purchase beginning April 8th.

Forgot your Table Numbers?

If so, use the current PDF to find your group captain and assigned table numbers. Group Captains are in alphabetical order.  Remember to tell the person purchasing tickets the name of your Group Captain and which tables to seat guests. This list is intended for internal use only and should not be distributed outside of the school network.
