Where is the August Exam sitting?
    SAIT - Symposium Room in the Campus Centre Building

What must I bring?
    Students must have government issued photo I.D. (e.g. driver's license or passport) and their Alberta Student Number

    Students must provide all their own writing utensils - pens, pencils, erasers, dictionary, approved writing handbook
      and calculator. All SAIT provides is the diploma exam. If students arrive without some of these items, they will be
      sent to the bookstore in the next building.
Students writing Part A of humanities examinations may do so using their own device.  From the GIB, Calculators and Computers, page 14: QUEST A+ AND THE USE OF PERSONALLY OWNED DEVICES:
The use of Quest A+ permits secure online examination administration on both student and school-owned PC and Mac OS devices.  Its associated locked browser temporarily blocks access to hard drives, network locations, unauthorized applications, and websites.  During a secure examination, the Locked Browser ensures only the Quest A+ application is permitted.
If Quest A+ is utilized for written-response achievement tests, the Quest A+ Locked Browser is installed and tested in advance of the testing session.  https://questaplus.alberta.ca/help/requirements.html

Accommodations?
    RULE: to be provided with their accommodation, students must bring their accommodation letter on school board
      letterhead to the exam room at SAIT.
    NOTE:               if the accommodation is CDs, the student must bring his/her own CD player;
                                If the accommodation is a Reader, Scribe or Sign Language Interpreter, the student must ensure that an approved and qualified individual is present.

What time to arrive?
    All students should report to the exam room by 8:00 AM. This gives SAIT time to resolve difficulties that may arise.
