June 2013 Exam Schedule
The June exam schedule is now avaliable for review.
Busing during Final Exams
There will be MORNING SERVICE ONLY throughout the exam schedule, June 12 through June 27.Students will need to take the regular Calgary Transit buses to the school for afternoon exams as well as home from both morning and afternoon exams.
PLP Classes
Paced Learning Placement classes will end on Friday, June 21st. Bus services for PLP students taking charter bus (First Student Canada) will remain unchanged during exams for regular program.
Mark Appeals
Teacher marks for diploma subjects will be posted by Tuesday, June 11th. Non-Diploma marks will be posted no later than noon on Friday, June 21st. Students can appeal non-diploma marks on Thursday June 27th - morning only.
Textbook/Library Book Return
Students are required to return any library books by May 28th and text books by June 11th (last day of class), unless they are required for study for final examinations. Those books are to be returned when the students write their examinations. Students who have not returned textbooks or library books will be charged for the missing books.
Security Deposit Refunds
In order to have your $50.00 Security Deposit refunded, students must return all textbooks and library books to the library by June 11th, 2013. Once all books are returned, students may pick up their refund cheques on Wednesday, June 19th. They will NOT be mailed home and again the school will be closed in the summer. Your opportunity to get textbooks for your new courses in the Fall may be delayed if you do not clear your account before end of June.
Final Mark Report Cards
Final Mark Report Cards can be picked up on Thursday, June 27th. Please go to your TA class at 9:00 am for report cards, please note the school will be closed in the summer. Morning buses will be available to the school in the morning and students will need to take the regular Calgary Transit buses to home after report card pickup.
June & Outstanding Bus Passes
Students must show their June pass and any outstanding passes for current year to the main office before June 21st. Failure to show your passes by such deadline will cause the rebate for the month(s) claimed to be forfeited.
Bus Passes Rebate in the Fall
Remember, the bus pass rebate form must be sent in every year. September Rebate may be delayed until November deposit date if the completed form is not received before the school closes for the summer. The 2013/2014 bus pass rebate form can now be uploaded at CBE website or pick up a copy at the main office. Please return the completed form with a void cheque by June 26.
