Career and Technology Studies (CTS)

Autobody - offered at the CT Centre

Introductory Autobody (5 credits)

In this course students learn about Auto Body Repair products, their use and applications, and use of hand and air tools. They will be required to repair/prepare and refinish their own automotive panel. Emphasis will be placed on hands-on practical skills.

Intermediate Autobody (5 credits)

Prerequisite: Autobody introductory. Students in this course will continue to learn about repair products and their use within the Autobody and Refinishing Industry. Emphasis at this level and credit value will be based on student individual learning outcomes that pertain to this subject and its disciplines.

Advanced Autobody (5 credits)

Prerequisite Autobody Intermediate. Students will gain further experience in methods, procedures and machine tool technology while working on vehicles.
