Student Schedule for Registering Expired Bus Passes for Rebate

Parents/Guardians must have completed a Calgary Transit Bus Pass Rebate form and live beyond 2.4 km from the school to be registered for the rebate process.  Forms need to be completed yearly. The form can be found on the CBE website at: http://www.cbe.ab.ca/transportation/forms.asp

Students are required to show their expired monthly bus pass and student ID card ANYTIME during the first three school days of each month in order to have $15/month deposited into the bank account of choice.  This is done at the business office. A reminder to do this is usually posted on the main page of our website each month. Once the expired bus pass is registered, the bus pass is returned to the student to take home for income tax purposes.

Students missing the school deadline in June may still register their bus passes for rebate by sending them directly to the Calgary Board of Education.  The deadline for this is August 1 of the school year.
