Dr. E. P. Scarlett Final Exam
Policy
To preserve the integrity and security of the final exam process, students must write their final exams at the scheduled times or forfeit the exam and receive a mark of zero. Therefore, students may not write their final exams earlier or later than the scheduled date and time. Exceptions in the magnitude of a medical emergency, major illness or funeral in the immediate family must be approved by one of the assistant principals or the principal.
It is the responsibility of all students to ensure that they are fully aware of the final exam schedule. Missed exams due to unfamiliarity with the exam schedule will not constitute a viable excuse. Students with exam conflicts (i.e. two exams scheduled at the same time) must report them ahead of time to the assistant principal in charge of final exams.
