PICTURE

  • There are two ways to view the slide show you have created: Click on the Slide Show menu to see the whole show or highlight one slide and click on the small picture that looks like a projector to the bottom left of your screen. To see the whole show, click on Slide Show and then to View Show.
  • You can use your mouse, the Enter button or the right and left arrow buttons on your keyboard to move the slides along (the arrow keys allow you to go backwards and forwards)
  • Once you have seen your show, any changes you want to make should be done through Slide Sorter on the View menu - always a good place to return.
