  • You may want to provide your audience with miniature pictures of your slides and a place to write their notes, or you may want to write notes for each slide and print them out for your own use during your presentation.
  • To create Speaker Notes:
    * Go to the View menu and down to Notes page (or click on the small Notes Page View to the left of the small projector to the bottom left of your screen)

  • * To get several images on a page (for a handout) instead of just one, go to File/Print and then look in the "Print What" drop-down menu to choose the number of slides per page.
  • Tip: These are useful in order for the audience to be able to make notes during your presentation, but they don't take the place of a written summary. Think carefully about what kind of "notes" will be most useful for your audience.
